2day hv a mini sports day wif pts which been selected fr 3 wards which we hv been posted to n total got 15 pts..is choosen by CIs..Ms K was not following us coz need 2 take care 1 of our fren which is sick n they jus stay in hostel..
When we r preparing d things n field 4 d sports..unluckilly d weather was not allowed so at last we hv 2 move 2 hall 2 continue our sports day....n coz is in d hall, so some of d games tat hv been discussed (isi air dlm botol, cari gula dlm tepung-4 us) need 2 b cancelled.... :(
anyway..we still hv a lot of fun wif all d pts 4 d rest of d games..n CIs said can do jus like a social party..we oso hv singing competition..n hv dance wif pts..
After tat, prepare pts 2 hv their meal n send pts go bck 2 their own ward..
Afternoon..we still go bck 2 ward n hv indoor games wif pts..

Nite..Ms K asked ev1 of us not 2 eat dinner 1st coz she going 2 sponsor us Pizza Hut 4 d last day coz 2mrw she will b going bck 1st..
we hv lots of fun during our small party wif our lovely Ms K......
she realy care 4 us so much....in tis 2 weeks....she's been 'belanja' us 'pao', 'pisang goreng', doughnut n PIZZAs....

2day is our evaluation day....but morning we stay 8 own ward 1st..evaluation only will b 8 2.45pm....but at last start 8 around 3pm....d evaluation is given by all our CIs in ward n sisters....
= we brings fun 4 all d CIs n pts..even sometimes hv done wrong (late enter)..but we still done vr well during our posting..
we oso hv a small talk/comment bout our tis posting..
CONCLUSION--we all likes vr much 4 d posting n feel tat dun wan 2 going bck 2 KL coz we likes d environment in hosp n Ipoh, likes d CIs n pts....if can, we all hope tat our posting can b extend longer but it wouldnt b happen....
THEN we hv taken a lots of pics wif CIs n sisters....n hv a group pic..
miss evthings in Ipoh n HBUK....

Bout 6.30pm..go out wif JC, emelia n tihah 2 Ipoh Parade 4 our last trip in Ipoh....
OOOO....i hv spend a lot during tis posting n most of d time my $ was spend on foods only....n im bcom more fat again....@_@

2day start 8 ward 5&6..bt in tis ward..we all hv 2 wait till all r 2gthr only can went in 2 d ward coz d door will b lock 8 all d time..n was need 2 call PPK(is like warden in d ward) 2 open d door..
pts thr all r more can do things by themselves..only hv 3-4 pts need 2 b feed..here r more pts compare wif ward 2&3 n psychogeriatirc ward....
We hv only SN thr 2 guide us coz CI was taking EL.... n we will do group therapy, relaxation therapy n go 2 c psychoeducation which will b done by staffs in HBUK..
we oso did history taking again 8 here..tis was good 4 our xpereince oso..
i only took breakfast 4 2day..n few of us was sleeping 8 place whr we put our things..coz lazy 2 go out n bcoz if wan 2 bck early oso can't....

12th August 2009

morning hv exercise wif pts n we went 2 c d psychoeducation therapy..
n after tea break, we cont hv some indoor game pts..n we do relaxation therapy in d afternoon..i cant realy relax coz d place was so crowded n hv backache some more even jus lie down 4 a while..i think is bcoz of previous # tat make me hv some effect after tis....
n some of them was realy slept till like ppl said 'tidur mati'....hehe..
then few of us jus wake up n went bck into d place whr all pts will b n talking 2 d pts..n 1 of d pt hv drawn my potrait....n we hv 2 pat some $ 2 her....^-^even it was not realy same, but it was fr d pt....must take care of it vr much....

Ms K, realy vr 2 ev1 of us..last week, she bought bun 4 all of us..n hv invited us 2 go out 2gthr....(4 more info....refer 2 gayhaha.blogspot.com)..
Yesterday she oso bought 'pisang goreng' n 2day some more was donnut 4 us....Ms K....we love u so much.....hehe.....THANK YOU....

2day wake up bout 7.15am....but last nite i slept around 1am eh....dun neo y will woke up early..
n my roommate asking me y wake up vr early coz i off d light bout 6am then sleep again n after tat wake up then straight away open my laptop n see msg ppl send 4 me in Badoo( another website ) 4 chating....haha^-^

then take bath bout 8am n cont write my blog..n open all my farm in fb....

morning wake up quite early de..coz still need 2 pack sth 2 bring 2 Ipoh....tis posting r 33 of us..n our things like wanna move 2 new place....wakaka!!!!n we will b posting 4 2 weeks....

We depart fr our hostel(centre point) bout 3pm 2 Ipoh which we will stay in YMCA(Youth Men's Christian Association)..

Arrive thr around 6.30pm..n we choose our room..others all 'rebut' to get 1st floor's room..so rest of us get 3rd floor's room....n some more thr is no lift....we need 2 carry our things climb up 2 our room eh....GOSH@@...i stay wif Jesperiyah in room 309..JC n Emelia next 2 our room(307)..

n Ms K(our CI following us 4 tis practical)..n tis is my 1st time under her guidance.....^-^
At night round 9pm..Ms K meet us n gv us some briefing 4 our posting....after heard she say d condition in hosp..will hv a bit scare coz dun neo wat will happen 2 us coz all d patient hv mentally problems....but still excited n wan 2 xplore wat will going 2 happen while we posting thr....haha....


3rd August 2009 HBUK........


morning wake up 8 6am..coz bus will fetch us 8 7am..arrive HBUK 1st day posting 8 hosp....our time is office hour-8am till 5pm..will arrive thr b4 8am n we will eat 8 hosp's cafe thr..

morning is our orientation....then staff nurse brought us 4 tour in n around d hosp..bt cant take pic.... soooo sad..:( so cant upload pic....
we only start work 8 deparment 8 2pm 2day which hv been given 2....we divided into 3 groups again..im 3rd group....unfortunately again same wif tat gropu of ppl....anyway....hehe....
Group A will b 8 ward 2&3, Group B 8 ward 5&6, n we Group C 8 psychogeriatric ward 1st....n we rotate 2 each ward in tis 2 weeks....^^

BUT u neo....??psychogeriatric ward is 8 outside of hosp....we need 2 walk a far way only reach d ward....anyway..MsK brign us walk short cut 2 reach thr..thanks MsK....hehe....
We oso hv 3 CI's thr 4 our posting....Ms K jus thr 4 guide us....n CI's thr only wil gv us crosses need 2 get during d posting....

as ussual....b4 go 2 ward we hv our breakfast 8 d cafe..n our group hv 2 move 1st coz is far away..
2nd day in geriatric ward..n no need 2 wear uniform coz we will hv activity wif pt..
2day we bring some pt which is selected by SN 4 exercise in d morning after their breakfast 8 bout 9am..coz only a few pt can tolerate in doing activity n follow instruction bcoz they r old ppl edi mar..
after come bck fr ex..they will hv their morning tea..n then we hv indoor activity wif d pt again....
afternoon oso hv activity like dancing..
d cross we will get in tis ward is jus habit training..like personal hygiene, wash hand b4 eat, brush teeth n take bath n etc....

last day in tis ward....n xtvt we do wif pt r omos d same....2day din go 4 ex coz raining..so only indoor xtvt we hv wif pt..afternoon we play poison box wif pt..they all seem so happy in playing d game.....like them so much even they hv some mental problem..

2day move 2 ward 2&3..we oso wear sports shirt coz will hv xtvt wif d pt too..pts here r more independent n can things by themselve....only 2/3 pt need 2 feed..
8 tis ward..we need 2 do taking hx of mentally pt 4 our case study n 2gthr 4 d RA..
so afternoon CI bring pt's record 4 us 2 see pt's details n take their hx of mental illness n evthing we needed..

7th August 2009

2day need 2 wear uniform coz will go 2 see ECT(Electric Convulsive Therapy)..
come bck oso hv xtvt wif pt..
afternoon we cont 2 take notes 4 our case study which need 2 present on Monday..
n we oso interview d pt 4 more details bout their hx n illness..

Finally finish our 1st week posting....still hv 1 week more 2 go..hv a nice xpereince thr..hope can enjoy more in coming week posting....^-^

今天终于考完试了。。有足够的时间上网了。。
经过了两个星期的战斗后，终于可以松下口气。。只是剩下实习的考试完了后，再加上四个星期的实习就可以回家了。。好期待哦。。好想赶快可以回家。。想念家里的气息。。好久没和家人一起了。。
也想念我的最爱。。^-^

也可以好好的睡一觉。。因为连续考试的时间都没有睡足够。。黑眼圈也出来了。。@_@

d service d ppl arrive at 16:40, bt bcoz of is a guy, so we need 2 wait 4 warden jz can brung hin up.. Around 5pm, she arrive n we go up le..he oso gt check 4 filter 3&4..i can't imaging tat d filter 3 is omos block edi coz normally it can stay 4 at least 3 years 1 oo..bt bcoz of our budget nt enough..we jz change 4 1&2 only lor..is share among 15 person..
then gt tell dad n mum, neo tat d 3rd filter vr fast like tat oso bcoz of suddenly increase in ppl using, so make d workload more n d lifespan 4 it oso decrase lor..
so....d person say tat if d water realy can't come out edi jz call them again lor..

2day whole day 4 our clas is CHN..is still our Ms Wong (external tutor) teach us..i like her vr much..coz during her clas we will hv a lot of fun..she will neo to make d clas interesting..
n 2day during d clas, when talk bout when women bcom more older they will hv no ability to gv birth edi..bt men r still hv d ability 2 make child..coz we talk bout menopause (is a term for women who stop d menstrual cycle)..so women after tis will nt hv chance 2 get pregnant..n she said tat men still hv d ability bcoz fr d term "menopause"--is men no pause....
did u get tat....??HAHA....vr funny rite??n all of us was laugh on tat....

2day our college de nurses fair task hv a Mini Cinema 8 recreation room..is a new club in college..n they r decided 2 hv tis on ev Friday..2day's movie is Mamma Mia..it is a musical movie..tis story was talked bout a girl tat hv 3 possible father..n she decided 2 invited 3 of them 2 attend her wedding..is vr funny & nice story..
b4 go thr, we hv pur dinner 1st..even it is simple..bt as long got ppl accompany us, d food oso will vr nice 4 all of us..^-^

Yesterday come back fr college, after my bath n wan 2 open my laptop..bt dun neo wat head happen on me..my laptop cnt use..only open until d screen n cnt click anything edi..try 2 off n open again so many times oso cnt..then gt go 2 find En Azam(our com technician) 2 check 4 me..he try sth bt still cnt..he oso wan 2 go back edi..so i say 2mrw bring 4 him 2 check again lar....
HAIZ.......sooooooooo bad luck....

2day suddenly our tutor MC, dun hv claz..so i went back 2 hostel 2 take my laptop n go 2 find him..after he check, he say is some system file lost edi..bt i din do anything when d day b4 it happen ar..dun neo y lar....bad luck ba....luckilly gt him, can help 2 repair it..^-^

I wake up bout 10am..wang sim was more earlier than me..she still gt bring notes along 2 study eh..sweat..so hardworking..after bath nth 2 do..then open my laptop n install some game 1st..hehe..when they r ready, we back 2 PJ houz..on d way, aunty gt stop 8 market 2 buy things 4 cook..
After lunch, we go 2 Digital Mall..is sell things 4 pc, laptop, phones, n more....i bought a card reader coz dun neo wat happen my laptop cnt read my phone memory if using usb..so hv 2 spend $ again lor..
Go back home....gt help up aunty a bit 4 preparing dinner..after dinner, aunty show me hw she keep all d things like plates, container n all d stuff in kitchen 1 lar..so tat when i go back time, wan 2 arrange all d things in kitchen le..coz is quite de lor..aunty oso gt buy Tupperware de..same as mum lor..bt 8 houz de anyplace oso gt..hv 2 place properly liao..^-^i gt some take pic..bt i din show here lar..hehe..
Aunty ask us 2 take bath 1st so tat when reach hostel no need bath edi..
when preparing d foods, she oso fried 'mee hun' 4 us 2 take back 2 hostel..nt only tat oo..some more gt red bean soup, ABC soup n gv us some fresh bean, mushroom n celery so we gt thing 2 cook..realy sooooooooo many..bt i 4got 2 take some photo lor..nvm lar..i think next time mayb gt chance oso..vr appreciate 2 aunty n uncle..

While on d way, gt pass through Elken HQ, so i go thr 2 see 4 a while lor..coz it is 1st time i go 2 HQ..bt it is close....Sunday mar..sure ppl wan 2 off lar..so cannot go in lor..we jz walk along d corridor n thr is a Japanese Restaurant..mum say tat is open by Elken's tauke eh..outside d restaurant gt ppl cook oso..gt 2 of them dun neo wat happen owez look 8 me..haiz..din care bout tat lar..
then we walk 2 Pearl Point..is jz like shopping d place lor..inside no much shop coz it is actually a hotel..n we jz gt but sth 8 Jusco..coz things r vr heavy..so we walked back 2 apartment 1st..

rest bout half n hour we jz go out 2 wait 4 bus 2 go 2 Mid Valley....

when we enter, wang sim saw d gift shop n say wan 2 go in..so we jz go in lor..d shop vr nice..gt a lot of bears..n many cute things..especially kid's thing..she take a hair band which gt 1 layer like bride n we gt take picture oso oo....^-^

we jz walked around only lor..coz nth 2 buy..gt buy some food only....HA??food again ar..Of course..coz we like 2 eat mar..hehe....we go back bout 6.30pm..take bus fr thr 2 KL Centre n we take LRT back 2 Paramount Station..coz is go back 2 her PJ houz 2 eat dinner 1st..when we arive KL Centre, OMG..is different edi..we hv 2 walk a long way jz can go into thr..coz is doing dun neo wat renovation lar..i dun neo bout tat coz vr long time i din go out 2 KL edi..hehe..Alicia came 2 fetch us 8 d station..^-^

After our dinner, uncle bring us 2 d pasar malam..thr r soooooo many ppl 8 thr..vr crowded..gt a lot of stall lor..n i bought 1 dvd 4 game 1..hehe..tis few days likes 2 play game edi..owez gt get game fr fren..n now i gt a lot of game edi oo.... #$@@#!!

then we go back 2 take things 1st n go back 2 apartment..2day her mum oso gt stay wif us 8 d apartment..

ooh....quite tired de..coz walked whole day eh..bt ok lar coz hv 2 wait long long time jz will go out like tis mar..hehe....

Tis weekend we oso went 2 Alicia's houz..we go thr 4 3 days coz hostel will provide vr limited water coz of d water company will clean d tank..
2day 2nd period was SDL(self directed learning),so we do our own work..some went 2 library,computer lab,n some stay in class..bt nt studying oo..hehe..is chitating n watching movie..i'm go 2 computer lab..playing game lor..^-^around 11.15am, our assisstant class rap came n say tat whoever went 2 Seksyen 7 8 last week of posting go 4 evaluation 8 totor's room..after tat can go back edi..so....11.30am- i went back edi & faster prepare went 4 take my bath ..coz still need 2 wash my uniform..

We arrive around 1.30pm, we ate mee & sausage 4 our lunch..hehe..

* 1st time i eat tis sausage..is bigger than d normal 1 oo..^-^

then Alicia say tat nth 2 do 8 houz n we plan 2 go out.. Our choice-go d Curve & Ikea..

we walk out 2 bus stop, bt no bus coming so we use taxi 2 LRT station ..fr thr oso use taxi go 2 Ikano(same as Ikea)..wan 2 pay her d $ bt she dun wan 2 take..so we jz din pay lor..

We bought shoe rak 8 Ikea..coz our slippers n shoes looked vr messy when place bside our hostel's door..then we took bus fr Ikano back 2 Kelana Jaya station around 7.30pm..n we walked back 2 her houz..

At Ikea, thr gt a lot of furniture..vr nice..we were vr enjoy it..i took a lot of pictures....

2day is Saturday mar..so as usual..we go back 8 12 noon..bcoz is CHN posting, so Saturday we all din go 2 clinic..juz stay in college.all doing own work!!me do wat??jz play laptop lor..n some who went 2 others clinic (Taman Medan & Sri Kembangan)go 4 thr evaluation..and us(who went 2 Seksyen 7)????jz sit in d class..coz our evaluation later only..Evaluation means??
is overall bout our perfomance during d clinical practice lar..talking bout punctuality,communication,skills,n many things lar..

dun say bout tis le..when omos reach 12 o'clock, evbody was preparing 2 go back..sure including me lar..Y so excited?? is nt excited actually, coz me n Wang Sim will go back with Alicia 2 her house 4 our weekend holiday..HAHA....

Wake up around 9am, after a while her mum & dad came n prepared breakfast 4 us..realy vr 'paiseh' coz we stay thr n still need her mum prepare all d things 4 us..bt her mum realy vr good 2 us ..jz treat me & Wang Sim like her own child oso..
Then we go 2 center market but vege 4 d week..they oso bring us go 2 eat 'Zv Chong Fan'(in Cantonese)..then go back 2 her PJ houz again..her mum wan 2 prepare 4 dinner again..
After tat..we went 2 Giant buy foods needed 2 keep our stock b4 went back 2 hostel..
Alicia introduce me tat Farmhouse freshmilk more nicer than others..then i oso buy & try lor..its realy vr nice..n i wouldnt buy others milk again next time except 4 tis brand..^-^

This 2 days we eat a lot..as Alicia said..we wouldnt gt hungry when we r 8 her houz..HahA....

2day oso am session..we go 2 home visiting 2day..is nt simply go 1 oo..is going 2 d mothers who after deliver their baby within 10 days then we jz will go only..
We go 2 clinic 2 gt card 1st..when we reach clinic,we wait 2 ppl go down 2 take d mother's card so we gt d address..bt then Ms Komathi ask us 2 wait 8 thr 4 a while coz CIs hv 2 go 2 see midtrance 1st so we gt permission 2 go 4 home visit..it's nt vr simple oo..^-^

d van is here 2 fetch us edi..d 'anei'-indian call brother who elder than us(our driver) is finding d 1st houz tat we going..bt is d 1st group ppl go in 1st lor..After almost 1/2 hour then they come out le..then we r going 2 find our 2nd houz n is our turn le..
It's raining..we found d houz..bt d mother was delivered omos 1 mnth le..so we din go..
Continue finding....bt d rest was difficult 2 find..& it's nearly 12noon le..Last,she say nvm le..we hv wait next time see if gt chance then go again..

Morning wake up,still having headache..bt is better le lar..2day is am session 2 clinic..owez think bout wat she will say..in d van, is true as i guess..those ppl jz neo hw 2 talk ppl 8 back only..bt nvr neo hw good thr r!!
Arrive clinic around 8.30am, meet her le. She gv assignment 1st-whr 2 go. I'm follow her 2 do CHA 1st.then after they go out,i pass d letter 2 her..she gt ask again n i explain 2 her lor..bt she say will put me tat day is absence n will nt let me redo d session wor. Nvm lar..wat can do..it's happen edi..promise it wouldn't happen 2 me again..i dun wan 2 miss chance in practical..
Then, i do CHA 1st, then go 2 palpation room-d room which d staff will palpate pregnant mothers abdomen 2 feel d baby's lie position n measure d fundal height.Gt chart down some details tat needed 2 write in our own incidental book 1.

My throat still pain..bt hv 2 cope wif tat coz when go back 2 college wan 2 inform our group 'daddy'-Mr Siva tat wanna go 2 Staff Health 2 get medicine lar..coz my neck is swollen edi..
When wanna go home time,she ask me hw will i go 2 Staff Health,tell her mayb by pm bus..actually she is vr caring oso..jz dun wan we miss our chance in practical so she will scold a bit lar..

Reach college..faster ran up find Mr Siva n tell him tat i wan go 2 SH..he say ok n gt ask me y?show him my swollen side n he ask me faster go..Dr say my throat having bad infection..then jz prescribed me some medicine..then oso follow am shift bus go bck 2 hostel le..

早上起来，喉咙就比前一天更痛了。。就连喝水都要花很大的力气。。早上也就没吃东西了。今天也是去诊所的（下午）早上到课室后，还是很不舒服就趴在桌上睡着了。。朋友来到问我是不是不舒服，就说是啊。。她们说我身体很烫，我自己也不清楚，只知道那时好冷。。冷气没开也一样。

10am：好难受。。叫朋友陪我回宿舍吃了两颗PCM..之后是好些了，但身体和头还是很痛。。就继续睡着。中午休息时回去。。要倒回课室时，是另一组的人打电话给我说去诊所的车已经出发了。炸到！！我根本什么都不知道。。没人通知我啊。。想也知道吧。。这次又和‘她们’同一组了，那可能会通知我呢？算了。。反正也早知道那些人的性格，只要念声阿弥陀佛，心情自然就会放开了啊。。
后来去见了我们的主任，跟它说明了一切，也幸好他不会责备。。要我和CI说安排另一天让我补回。之后又打电话给她，说要我写解释信，明天会见我。。真是的。。不懂今天到底怎么了？？
下午就待在课室里，头也还疼着。。就先不想了吧。。

emm..actually tis is late entry..^-^2day is d 1st time go 2 clinic( Community Clinic at Shah Alam Seksyen 7 ) 4 our community posting.
1st time go thr, so our CI(Ms Komathi) jz gv us orientation only.
Wat is tat clinic 4??is polyclinic actually..so gt all kind of ppl thr..
While we reach thr..wow..i gt a shock coz realy a lot ppl 8 clinic.. 1 side is mainly for MCH (Mother & Child Health), gt emergency room & somemore lar..

We go thr mainly is having our practical 8 MCH part..we will do booking case 4 pregnant mothers who 1st time come 2 clinic or their current pregnancy 4 check up, do assessment on baby.
Anyway..hope will enjoy my posting.

Bt when came back fr clinic..after my bath, jz feel my bady like 1 kind..vr uncomfortable..whole bodyache..n my throat vr damn pain..difficult in swallow..even water oso..dunno wat happen lar..if other pain i'm nt so mind bout tat..throat pain?? omg..i can't afford it..coz anything oso can't eat!! Then, i 'guasa' myself..only neck lor..back can't reach..n bcom dark red colour..realy bad..
haiz..hope can gt well soon..

2day our class only half day..all 31 students r in coz clinic close 2day..suddenly CI come in n said tat all students hv 2 do incidental book including us who r in college 1..we r shock coz Ms Chandra( CI who guide us in college ) din say anything o..n ask us must pass up by 2day..
n we r rush up doing it.. @@%^* only i gt my book n start do..we juz paste d photostated copy of d clinic card in d book n copy the case fr those who going 4 home visits..
realy rush of time..n Mr Siva( our group 'daddy' ) ask us went 2 listening 2 ANC's presentation bout research thing..coz soon we also need 2 do on it..@_@ SHOCK..
ANYWAY..we complete our job..HaHa....

Come back fr college..dunno wat 2 do..after take my bath..open laptop n listerning 2 my songs..
then go 2 suk ching( 1 of my junior same group wif ah chen-my best fren fr primary sch loh )..4 wat??
hehe..borrow pot lar..coz we wan 2 cook 4 'CHAP GOH MAY' mar..说到元宵节。。真可惜。。我们都不能回家。。唉。。。。~~我们还一起商量了要煮什么菜呢。。想知道吗？？嘻嘻。。等我拍了照片会放上来的。。好期待哦~~^-^

tis week is CHN week..31 of us..but ppl can go 2 clinic can't too much..
so CI divided us into 2 group..i'm d 2nd group..will be go on d coming week..so we are stay in college..doing wat????
haiz....juz do some practical on wat we will need 2 do in d clinic lo..then?d rest..do own work!!
